The State of Illinois recently adopted the 2006 Deficit Reduction Act. Although the rules have not yet been promulgated, the regulations have been adopted. Here is a link to the most recent version of the rules. These new regulations adopt the DRA and alter some existing regulations, even if they were not part of the Federal DRA.
